My surgery is scheduled for February 14, 2008. After a lifetime of being overweight, then obese...after reaching 300 pounds...after yo-yo dieting...it's finally time to do something drastic here. I am 30 years old. I'm tired of being fat. I want to be a mother within the next few years, but I don't want to be a fat one. I want to be a better wife. I want to love myself.
I am having surgery out of state because I have to pay for it myself. I have found two local doctors willing to provide fills, but I will return to my surgeon for the first one.
The surgery is just the beginning. I have to deal with all of the issues that got me to this weight. That means therapy.
